Per Arne Jensen – Chairman of the Board

Per Arne Jensen has 25 years of industry experience, and has through most of these worked in international markets with internationalization, M&A, technological development and growth.
From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Jensen was the CEO of porcelain manufacturer Figgjo, where he headed the company´s business turnaround and global expansion. Prior to Figgjo, he was Vice President of IT company Computer Advances Group ASA (CAG), where he led strategic development, acquisitions, the IPO work and investor relations.
Mr. Jensen began his career with IRIS, the internationally renowned oil & gas research institute, where he worked on new technology and software for drilling & well applications. He has also worked for Statoil and Western Geco on software development within the reservoir and G&G space.
Mr. Jensen has previously held positions as Chairman of the Board for the Norwegian Design Council and Chairman of the Board for the Norwegian Centre for Design and Architecture.
Education: M.Sc. Strategy and Finance from NHH and M.Sc. Software Development from NTNU

Øyvind Mikaelsen – Member of the Board

Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director – DeepOcean
Mr. Mikaelsen serves as Chief Executive Officer and Executives Director in Deepocean.
He has 30 years of experience in the global subsea business holding various senior executive roles. His most recent position was Executive Vice President at Subsea 7. Mr. Mikaelsen began his career in the oil and gas industry with Kvaerner Rosenberg A/S in 1988. He then moved to Norske Shell before joining Subsea 7 in 1992.
He holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Trondheim in Norway.

Åge Landro – Member of the Board

CEO Altus Intervention Group
Mr. Landro has more than 15 years of experience from the oil and gas industry with experience from various segments within oil & gas, such as Maintenance, Modification and Operations, Production and from Contracted Drilling Management and reservoir management services.
Mr. Landro began his career with Kvaerner Oil & Gas in 2001 and moved on to AGR Group in 2004 where he held a number of senior management positions during his 11 years with the company. From 2012 he was the CEO for AGR Group ASA. From 2004 and onwards, AGR Group was developed into a provider of a wide range of services to the global oil and gas industry. Since 2016 Mr. Landro has been the CEO of Altus Intervention Group. Altus Intervention is a global provider if Well Intervention Services. The company offers a strong portfolio of proprietary intervention technologies. The company has been owned by EQT Private Equity since 2014.
During the time in AGR Mr Landro was involved in most aspects in the development and transformation of the business such as; strategic development, M&A, internationalization and finally the sale of the various businesses within the company to current owners. In total Mr Landro has been responsible for transactions valued at more than NOK 3,6 billion.
Mr. Landro holds a B.Sc. Sivil Engineering from Høgskolen i Bergen.

Jens Jørgen Arnesen

Member of the Board
CEO & President COSL Drilling Europe AS

Jørgen Arnesen has the position as CEO & President with COSL Drilling Europe AS until 30th of April 2019.
Arnesen has a total of 26 years’ experience, working world wide within Oil & Gas industry, building up and management of drilling and service companies.
Mr. Arnesen began his career with Odfjell Drilling working both on- and offshore. He spent 14 years with Odfjell Drilling and Odfjell Well Services. and held several senior management positions in Norway and internationally.
In 2006 he moved on to Stena Drilling and Aberdeen as a Deputy Managing Director.
Thereafter Mr. Arnesen joined Awilco Offshore in Norway as a Vice President Operations, responsible for building up Awilco as a new drilling contractor within the North Sea. COSL Norwegian acquired Awilco in 2008 and Mr. Arnesen became the CEO & President in 2010 of COSL Drilling Europe AS. COSL took delivery of 4 drilling units between 2010 and 2014 and employed at most around 1000 employees in Norway.
Mr. Arnesen holds a Bachelor of Business and Administration from BI Bergen, and Bachelor of Electronics in Bergen and Petroleum at HSR Stavanger.

Per Kristian Nagell

Per Kristian Nagell has 25 years of experience from the oil and gas industry in senior management positions.
He joined the O & G industry within the offshore helicopter industry where he has held positions as chief pilot, operations director and CEO. After 15 years in the helicopter industry he took on the positions as CEO of SAR, a company which serves the O & G industry in handling and treatment of all types of hazardous waste. Under his leadership SAR went through a major growth program, including a successful international expansion. Mr Nagell has a broad experience from M&A activity during his time with SAR.
Mr Nagell has held a variety of board positions as a Director and as Chairman.
He started his career in the Norwegian Air Force as a helicopter pilot and served as an officer for 10 years. He studied at the Air Force academy in Trondheim.
