Safety is paramount in all our activities at WellConnection and we have developed a QHSE Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004.
Documented processes are in place to enable us to meet client, legal and other requirements and records are maintained to demonstrate conformity. Effective controls are maintained over any processes which are outsourced. We have also developed a “Zero” philosophy to work towards eliminating injuries to personnel.
We have been NS-EN-ISO 9001:2008 certified since 1997 and became NS-EN- ISO 14001:2004 certified in 2011.
The QHSE Management System is the subject of internal audits and risk assessments, as well as annual client and third-party audits.
WellConnection has a system for reporting accidents and incidents and we have employee elected safety delegates. We run a range of “Doing It Right
” safety campaigns to continuously remind our colleagues of its importance.
Our safety delegates perform regular inspections which are documented and reported. Details of any reportable accident or incident occur are passed to the authorities and the client.
